I am a proud Latina, born in California and raised in Sinaloa, Mexico. Growing up in a very close family, some of my best memories were the holiday seasons, where we all gathered together, laughing, sharing stories, and exchanging gifts. Those moments taught me the joy of connection — how good food and good company can bring people closer.

At Rise and Shine, I wanted to capture that same spirit. Our coffee and breakfast cart isn’t just about serving a meal — it’s about creating moments. I love building connections with people, sharing laughs, and having genuine conversations, and I believe food is one of the best ways to do that.
